         If you would like to purchase any of the MUSTANG  EYEWEAR® sunglasses, simply print out the order form below and mail in your order.  If you prefer, e-mail your request to mustangeyewear@aol.com. or fax your orders to (407) 944-2288.   Don't forget to add shipping/handling   charges in the amount of $9.00 for all orders under $200.00, and free shipping and handling charges for orders over $200.00. Florida residents please add 6.75% sales tax.  These shipping charges apply only to U.S.A. orders.   Other countries  will be quoted on request. 

WARRANTY:  All MUSTANG EYEWEAR® sunglasses receive a one year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from date of purchase.  In case of defects, please send a copy of sales receipt , sunglass in question, your name and return address along with $10.00 for shipping and handling to MUSTANG EYEWEAR®.  An identical or similar replacement will be sent.  No warranty,  expressed or implied, is offered for damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect.
