DEALER INFORMATION

WHOLESALE  PROGRAM:

PROGRAM:   Opening order of 12 sunglasses receives pricing all year of XX% off of retail for both series.  Minimum reorders will be $150 at wholesale cost and assorted as required by the customer.  Freight will be F.O.B. our warehouse with a minimum of $15.00 for shipping and handling on opening orders and $10.00  minimum on reorders (continental USA).  Freight charges will be quoted individually for other countries.  Terms are credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express) or COD company check (PLEASE MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO JRS EYEWEAR).  All returned checks (NSF or otherwise) will incur a $25.00 charge and immediately be sent orders on a COD cash basis.
